Someone flunked math.
The bin underneath was half empty -- or half full. Was this because shoppers were not taking the product ... or because they were?

Their math is fine. Each item is probably 80 cents, or 4/5ths of a dollar.
ReplyDeleteBut they failed their course on retail pricing conventions, which aren't mathematically correct, but are usually consistent.
This sign means 4 for $5 and it is quite a bargain at $1.25 a piece instead of $1.17. Glad the bin was empty when I got there :)
